- General Limitation: To the extent permitted by the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, Metauni Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service
- Exception for Gross Negligence: Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, the limitations and exclusions of liability in this Section shall not apply to damages caused by the willful misconduct or gross negligence of Metauni Inc.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
